Stayed here for Easter break. Good continental breakfast, and the coffee was nice. Convenient location, close to lots of restaurants and shops. the room had a nice bathroom with decent amenities and there was laundry facilities available.

The room was cramped and overlooked a construction site. the staff was not helpful and had a hard time communicating in English.

The breakfast was NICE there. Location, a short walk to all attractions. Can’t find anything wrong, I will be back.

The rooms were small but tidy, with all necessary amenities provided. The staff were attentive and courteous, always willing to assist.

Breakfast options were somewhat limited, and some of the staff were not fluent in English, causing communication barriers when attempting to make inquiries regarding nearby attractions. a comfortable and affordable stay in a good location.

We loved the location - it was close to the big market and departmental stores. The hotel was VERY close to a train station and just a short walk away from the Shijo subway station. Breakfast was included and it was a nice Japanese experience. The staff were helpful and kind.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The location of this hotel is excellent, with the underground train station just a few minutes walk away. There are also many departmental stores and shops close by, including some ritzy ones. the famous market is just a short walk away from the hotel too. Rooms are clean and efficient, with good bathrooms. There are useful facilities like a microwave and free Wi-Fi, and the staff is friendly and helpful. the breakfast is basic but adequate to start the day.
